Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager, Document Imaging Operations to join our Imaging Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch imaging operations, overseeing multiple shifts, and driving site financial performance through workflow optimization and capacity planning. This role is not in the medical field. It is a technical operations and logistics role focused on digital imaging, document management, and workflow technology.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in computer systems and imaging operations, with 2 to 3 years of experience in management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and imaging software, such as Kofax.
  • Proven ability in people leadership, financial management (focusing on revenue and margin), and capacity planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent professional training.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all activities related to imaging operations, including multiple projects and programs across various shifts, while ensuring all imaging equipment is properly maintained.
  • Analyze workflow performance indicators to coach direct reports and partner with sales and account management teams to support customer site tours and project implementations.
  • Coordinate local operations to maintain proper chain of custody and ensure that all security policies, disaster recovery processes, and organizational standards are strictly followed.
