About The Position

The People Analytics Manager leads the development and execution of the organization's people analytics and reporting strategy. This role transforms workforce and organizational data into actionable insights that enable business leaders and HR teams to make informed decisions. The manager is responsible for building analytics capabilities, leading a high-performing reporting and analytics team, and delivering data-driven solutions that improve talent, workforce, and organizational outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
  • Proven success partnering with senior business and HR leaders.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to connect data across organizational functions.
  • Advanced analytical, statistical, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with reporting, business intelligence, visualization, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and lead effectively through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated change leadership and implementation skills.
  • Strong accountability, execution, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics and workforce reporting strategy aligned to organizational and HR objectives.
  • Create and manage a multi-year roadmap for analytics capabilities, reporting solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for HR reporting and analytics.
  • Align analytics priorities with enterprise, HR, and business strategies.
  • Partner with HR leaders, COEs, and business leaders to identify workforce challenges and opportunities.
  • Translate workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and workforce trends.
  • Present findings through compelling storytelling and executive-ready communications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Build advanced analytics and predictive models supporting talent and business strategies.
  • Improve reporting tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance efficiency and usability.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, accessibility, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing People Analytics and Reporting team.
  • Build analytics capability across HR through training, mentoring, and communities of practice.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead change management efforts related to analytics tools and practices.
  • Manage functional budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as applicable.
  • Establish priorities and ensure effective delivery against business needs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.
