About The Position

We're looking for a Manager III, Long Term Care Contract Administration to lead a team supporting critical contract administration operations within our Long Term Care business. In this role, you'll drive performance, develop talent, and collaborate across multiple business functions to deliver exceptional service and operational results. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at coaching and developing others, using data to inform decisions, and building strong partnerships. You communicate effectively at all levels, adapt to changing priorities, and bring a continuous improvement mindset that helps teams and processes perform at their best. This is a campus-based role that requires a hybrid-schedule of 4 days a week onsite.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of increasingly responsible management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage performance data to improve results
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to lead through change and drive team engagement
  • Experience managing operational workflows and performance objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and balance customer, employee, and operational needs

  • Knowledge of workflow management systems such as Pega Workflow
  • Experience managing customer escalations and service operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through ongoing feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement and support career development for team members at various stages of professional growth.
  • Lead the team through organizational change, including process improvements, workforce transformation initiatives, and evolving operational priorities.
  • Oversee contract administration functions including billing, coding, customer requests, and production activities.
  • Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends, improve productivity, and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage customer escalations and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex business issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Engagement, Repricing, Contact Center Operations, and other business partners.
  • Ensure quality, audit, and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
  • Lead operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service outcomes.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, and business impacts effectively across all levels of the organization.
