We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the contract administration function for major capital projects while maintaining direct responsibility for the management and administration of complex contract packages. As a working leader, this position combines hands-on contract management with leadership and oversight of Home Office and Site Contract Administrators. The role is accountable for contract strategy, commercial risk management, change management, claims administration, contract execution, and closeout across a portfolio of engineering, procurement, construction, and professional services agreements. Working closely with project management, engineering, construction, supply chain, legal, regulatory, and client teams, the Contracts Manager provides commercial leadership, governance, mentorship, and contractual guidance while ensuring successful project outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. The role supports projects executed under both EPCM and EPC direct-hire delivery models, including administration of prime contracts, major construction contracts, and professional services agreements. Experience supporting carbon capture, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and energy projects is considered an asset.
