This position is responsible for the overall operation of the Construction Management Center and managing the life cycle of the construction work order process. This position manages a team that will support the Planning, Engineering and Construction teams with assigned projects and/or any of the following tasks as assigned: correspondence, various administration tasks, tracking project milestones and monitoring deadlines; developing regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise and managing office locations (supplies, meeting support). This position is a key input into the contractor billing process and serves as the primary point of contact for Accounting, Sourcing, and Accounts Payable for onboarding new contractors into the purchasing requisition systems and process.
