The Manager II, Operations will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, implementing, and executing new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to reduce potential risks. This role involves creating schedules, identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders, defining risk mitigation strategies, and facilitating appropriate engineering solutions. The position will also develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness for customers. Responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of current or future systems, collaborating with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes, and maintaining metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. The role also requires managing cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors for the implementation of project/program requirements.
