The IAM Manager is responsible for safeguarding organizational data and systems by leading the strategy, implementation, and operation of identity and access management (IAM) capabilities. This role ensures that only authorized individuals have appropriate access to corporate systems through effective identity lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes. The role is accountable for maintaining and supporting core IAM platforms, including CyberArk (PAM/VPAM), Saviynt, SailPoint, and Active Directory/Azure Entra ID, ensuring continuity of privileged access management, identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver), compliance requirements, and overall operational stability. The IAM Manager leads a team responsible for identity provisioning, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align IAM initiatives with business objectives and supports key transformation initiatives across the organization. Acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, the IAM Manager provides guidance on IAM practices, promotes security awareness, and drives continuous improvement in IAM processes, technologies, and controls. The role also oversees vendor relationships, monitors system performance, and ensures a resilient and scalable IAM framework capable of adapting to evolving cybersecurity threats.
