The Stamford office is seeking a Manager for Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with experience in Supply Chain, and exposure to Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process in the Market to achieve business value through a joined-up cross-functional plan, financial optimization, risk and opportunity management, and balancing demand and supply.
  • Ensure the disciplined operation of the IBP process by fostering collaborative work between supply chain, commercial, and finance teams, including joint analysis and planning, providing high-quality insights on internal and external drivers, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and shared metrics/KPIs.
  • Provide continuous support for the development of PMI Operations and Supply Chain Processes, Organization, and systems within the framework of PMI’s global operations strategy.
  • Facilitate the Market IBP process with involvement from Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Business Planning teams to achieve key objectives such as regularly reviewing Market sales forecasts (volume and value), Market performance against approved forecasts and targets, and forecasting KPIs, as well as facilitating the preparation and approval of gap closure plans.
  • Consolidate inputs from all Market teams into a single sales forecast, ensuring all functions have aligned roles, inputs, and outputs within the IBP process, and consequently plan and act based on shared information.
  • Balance demand and supply by aligning commercial and supply chain plans for a medium-term horizon (3 to 24 months).
  • Act as a single point of contact for all key decisions related to supply and demand management topics and provide full business support to the Market Management team.
  • Collaborate with various departments of the Company to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the IBP process.
  • Contribute to the Market’s Budget and/or target setting process by ensuring a proper IBP process.
