POSITION SUMMARY Under the leadership of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager provides operational Human Resources oversight for all Wesley Woods Senior Living communities. This role is responsible for executing and overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, leave management, Workers’ Compensation, payroll oversight, HR systems administration, compliance reporting, employee records management, and employee relations support.
