About The Position

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full training and development budget, including forecasting and tracking. This role is pivotal in handling core HR responsibilities such as compliance with FMLA, ADA, and STD, employee relations, and conducting interviews. You will partner with an HR Coordinator to manage scheduling and onboarding for all new hires and agency workers, ensuring a smooth and consistent process. Additionally, you will maintain HR documentation, support policy interpretation, and assist leaders with HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in a higher‑level or generalist/manager capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including handling complex spreadsheets, formulas, and high‑volume reporting.

  • Experience in performance management, employee benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of human resource policies and talent management.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration and FMLA.
