About The Position

The Human Resources Manager will provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership during a defined temporary period, ensuring continuity, stability, and effective delivery of core HR functions. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing human resources programs in support of operational objectives and business strategy. The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, overseeing employee and labour relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with applicable employment legislation, collective agreements, and organizational policies. This role also supports food safety and quality standards by ensuring HR practices align with regulatory and operational requirements, while contributing to the broader Human Resources strategy of the organization.
