Provide strategic and operational leadership in the planning, design, implementation, and management of human resources activities and services for the faculty or service concerned. These services and activities include labour relations, recruitment, the job evaluation program, onboarding, employee retention, professional development practices and strategies, training, the interpretation of policies, procedures, and collective agreements, and performance management.
