We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in HR operations, benefits, or leave administration
  • 1–3 years of leadership experience managing HR staff
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, ADA)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop an HR Operations team supporting benefits administration and leave management
  • Oversee employee benefit programs including health, retirement, disability, and voluntary benefits
  • Manage leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and state leave compliance
  • Ensure accurate HRIS transactions, onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions and compliance
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting
  • Identify process improvements and implement HR system enhancements
