We are simultaneously running operations for existing performance and talent management processes across the enterprise while also delivering on an ambitious innovation agenda! Capital One's Enterprise HR organization is seeking a talented Operations Manager to help shape and drive our long term talent and performance management strategy for the company. In this role, you'll lead the integration of our newest Talent & Performance Management tool from pilot to steady state. You'll partner with Product, Design, and Tech leaders to create a seamless user experience for associates across our enterprise. You will provide analytics and thought leadership that shapes how we define, grow, and measure performance across the enterprise, now and into the future.
