About The Position

ABM Industries is hiring a Manager, Compliance- California Janitorial Training
to be responsible for the coordination, execution, and compliance oversight of
ABM’s California janitorial sexual harassment and violence prevention training
program. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Under California law (Assembly Bill 547), janitorial employers must provide
state-mandated sexual harassment and violence prevention training to covered
janitorial employees as a condition of maintaining a valid California Division
of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) janitorial registration. This role serves
as the statewide program owner for this requirement, ensuring training is
properly scheduled, delivered, documented, and audit-ready through close
partnership with internal stakeholders and external training providers.

This is a Hybrid Role (in-office Mon-Thu) located at 1150 South Olive Street,
Los Angeles, CA 90015.  Periodic travel within California is required to support
training coordination, operational alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Travel
frequency may vary based on training schedules, compliance deadlines, and
business needs.

Pay: $100,352–$120,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will
vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills,
abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
