Responsibilities
- Accountable for the performance and results of the Finance, Risk and Office of General Counsel teams.
- Proactively resolving associate relations issues.
- Serving as the main contact for the recruitment team.
- Developing talent strategies aligned with the business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures.
- Conducting new hire orientation.
- Providing support in employee relations and talent selection.
- Focusing on policy interpretation and administration.
- Limited to full management authority for staffing, performance, discipline, pay decisions, team development, and other personnel actions.
