The Hotel Revenue Growth & Enablement Manager is responsible for translating hotel revenue strategy into scalable execution by equipping internal teams with the insights, tools, training, and playbooks required to identify and act on hotel revenue growth opportunities consistently. This role sits within Supplier Management & Delivery and supports the Hotel Solutions agenda by enabling stronger revenue performance across teams, regions, and client segments. Its purpose is not to directly own client execution or commercial delivery, but to ensure that the organization has the capabilities, guidance, and support required to execute hotel revenue strategy effectively at scale. This role combines strategic alignment, operational enablement, data-driven insight activation, and continuous improvement. It ensures that the data-driven tactics and proven approaches that drive hotel revenue are translated into clear and repeatable actions for teams. This role identifies, structures, and enables revenue opportunities, but does not directly own client account execution or commercial delivery.
