About The Position

This will be a Weekend on site position, hours to be determined upon hire. This position serves as the manager of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. As well, this position may network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life threatening illness. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care field preferred
• Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Washington Registered Nurse License within 3 months
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Within 30 days of hire)
• 2 years Clinical experience in chosen field.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years Staff supervision experience preferred
