About The Position

As the manager of HEDIS Operations at BCBSWY, you will be driving strategic direction and execution of HEDIS improvement projects. You will work with intra-agency teams, vendors, executive leadership and others to build and administer a comprehensive quality program providing the best possible care for our members. Accountabilities include researching and proposing new solutions and assisting in the implementation of those new strategies. You will lead research, analysis, identification and evaluation of data to evaluate existing and potential trends and develop programs to address care gaps.

Requirements

Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and meet necessary deadlines.
Strong experience with Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or a related field.
Five (5) years of experience in progressive responsibility with demonstrated technical knowledge.

Nice To Haves

A master’s degree is preferred.
Two (2) years supervisor or lead experience in related field preferred.
