About The Position

Priovant is committed to developing therapies that address high unmet need in autoimmune disease. We are looking to bring onboard an additional member of the legal team (reporting to the General Counsel) as Manager, Healthcare Compliance, to support the Company’s growth. This role will play a critical part in providing healthcare compliance support to the Company and helping to ensure that the Company’s activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of compliance experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Prior experience supporting field-based organizations, including monitoring and auditing activities
  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations, OIG guidance, and the PhRMA Code
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization while maintaining compliance independence
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail, high ethical standards, and sound judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) designation desirable

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual compliance monitoring and auditing plans to assess adherence to Company healthcare compliance policies and SOPs, including for speaker programs, advisory boards, consulting agreements, grants and medical education funding, and promotional practices
  • Conduct internal auditing and monitoring, prepare draft reports with findings and corrective action plan recommendations
  • Track corrective action plans
  • Serve as project manager for compliance governance committees (e.g., Grant Review Committee, Promotional Materials Review Committee, Medical/Regulatory/Legal Review Committee)
  • Ensure employees are aware of and comply with internal compliance approval processes for a variety of activities
  • Track employee compliance trainings to ensure 100% completion
  • Serve as a general compliance resource for the Legal team
  • Work collaboratively with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance on compliance matters
