About The Position

This position is responsible for day to day operations as it relates to resident care while promoting and integrating the mission and philosophy of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. The HWM manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD. The HWM should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.

Requirements

HS or GED
General Area of Study
3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
CNA/CRMA experience preferred
Scheduling experience
Experience communicating with families
Prefer CNA certification
Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
Basic computer skills
Excel for scheduling
Need to be organized, flexible, and even tempered.
Ability to communicate with families, frontline team, and community management team to ensure optimal operational success.
Calm personality that possesses the ability handle stressful situations with an easy demeanor, ability to multi task and follow through, and self-motivated.
