Reporting to the respective Director Health Services, the Manager Health Services - Long Term Care Administration is responsible for providing leadership in the delivery of quality resident care within their Personal Care Home. The Manager Health Services - Long Term Care Administration has responsibility for the implementation and evaluation of regional policies/procedures and guidelines to meet standards, allocation and monitoring of budgeted resources, human resource management, quality improvement, mitigation of risk, supporting education, research and applying lean methodology in achieving highly efficient and effective processes. The incumbent will exercise the appropriate level of initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods to be employed and action to be taken on unusual matters. The position functions in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision and values; and the policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud.
