About The Position

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end administration and configuration of HCM platforms, ensuring they align with HR policies, business rules, and compliance requirements. The Manager will lead system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities to maintain system integrity and optimal performance. They will manage system releases by reviewing new functionalities, assessing impacts, coordinating implementations, and communicating changes to stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes tracking and managing budgets related to system licensing, enhancements, and support services, while partnering with Finance and Procurement for cost optimization. A key aspect of this position is driving AI-enabled HR initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI tools to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. The Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, operational leaders, and functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions. They will also contribute to the development and governance of HRIS strategy, establishing controls, documentation standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy laws. Ensuring SOX compliance through maintaining system controls, supporting audits, and collaborating with Internal Audit, Finance, and IT to remediate control gaps is also a critical responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field plus 5+ years of experience managing HCM systems
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams and successfully delivering on objectives
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving impactful initiatives, including planning, analysis, and research
  • Proven experience translating HR/business requirements into system configurations
  • Experience managing system releases, upgrades, and change control processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
