About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to lead and direct a GP PS Hatchery Team to deliver high‑quality products that meet customer expectations while achieving financial and business objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a general professional field, typically obtained through four (4) years of college, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Four (4) or more years of poultry management–related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals using available computer programs.
  • Must use safe lifting techniques.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, and hear.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Must follow all required safety procedures and wear designated personal protective equipment when visiting facilities.
