The Manager/Sr. Manager, GTM Strategic Intelligence & Advanced Analytics will help further Klaviyo's strategic intelligence capability for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role sits within GTM Strategy & Operations, reporting to the Head of GTM Strategic Intelligence & Analytics, and serves as an analytical thought partner to Executive Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, by transforming complex data into predictive insights, strategic recommendations, and executive decision support. You will develop the analytical frameworks, predictive & scenario models, AI-enabled insights, and executive narratives that shape how Klaviyo grows revenue, retains customers, allocates investments, and evolves its GTM strategy. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, strategically and analytically minded, proactive in seeking solutions to challenging problems, and highly focused on driving strategic decision making. Success in this role requires exceptional business acumen, deep analytical expertise, executive communication skills, and strong technical capabilities across AI-enabled analytics.
