This involves auditing, tracking, trending, and effectively reporting results to foster a positive Safety Culture. The role includes conducting audits of various functions, particularly ramp and aircraft handling policies and procedures. The practical goal of these processes is to aid decision-making, procedural enhancements, and increase compliance. The successful candidate will have two years of experience as a General Manager or an equivalent airline operations leadership role and will report to the Sr. Manager, Occupational Health Programs and Assurance.
