Requirements

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of leadership or management experience highly preferred.
  • Graduate Medical Education experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all budget aspects of the department. Balances and controls all expenditures adhering to audit guidelines.
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job-related issues. Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
  • Ensures institution and all residency/fellowship programs remain in compliance with Joint Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education requirements in order to maintain full accreditation status.
  • Develops new systems and processes to support organizational change in response to evolving Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education standards.
  • Presents at national, regional and local conferences, workshops and on-site meetings.
  • Coordinating a large cyclical calendar with weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines
  • Manage projects, streamline processes, develop reporting, and build faculty development programs
  • Support residency program's annual onboarding and offboarding, graduation, faculty development, and recurring cross-functional coordination.
  • Supports GME Program Directors and GME leadership, ACGME accreditation, GMEC support, resident/fellow processes, and GME data and systems.
  • Involved in continuous improvement, project management and supporting professional development of program coordinators.
