The Manager, Governance & Process Optimization is accountable for supporting the governance, oversight, maintenance, and effective lifecycle management of GRM policy documents for the GPO (GRM Global Policy Office). The role contributes to the consistent application of enterprise policy standards across GRM by providing subject matter guidance, coordination, and challenge throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the GRM Policy on Governance Documents, internal risk management frameworks, and applicable regulatory expectations. The Manager, Governance & Process Optimization is responsible for assisting in the GRM Policy modernization work, providing training to GRM Policy owners, serving as liaison to subsidiaries to monitor implementation of Phase 2 recommendations, developing and maintaining GPO site, and assisting in the maintenance of the Policy Management Tool.
