The Manager, Global Research Group is responsible for the delivery of high-quality/high-impact insights and analytics in Brand, Creative and Innovation solutions. This role involves executing or overseeing work products such as questionnaires, project schedules, forms, and deliverables. The position contributes to analysis and reporting on medium to high complexity accounts with manager guidance, and independently handles less complex work. It also involves participating in study design and questionnaire discussions, conducting data analysis, generating insights, and performing preliminary reporting. The role requires managing timelines and work processes, collaborating with internal departments and clients, and identifying and solving project issues. Additionally, the Manager provides supervision, coaching, and mentoring to junior client service staff, shares knowledge, and oversees their work. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships is also a key aspect of this role.
