About The Position
We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Global Privacy & Legal Technology, Technical Product Owner to be located in New Brunswick NJ. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of how Privacy and Legal teams leverage technology! In this role, you'll lead a portfolio of digital products and automation solutions that help simplify processes, improve decision-making, and create great user experiences across a global organization. You'll partner with business and technology teams, explore emerging technologies including AI, and turn ideas into solutions that deliver real impact. This is an opportunity to own products end-to-end, influence strategy, and help build what's next.

Responsibilities
- Define product direction, prioritize investments, and guide delivery across a portfolio of privacy and digital transformation solutions.
- Champion innovation, identify opportunities for automation and AI, and help teams translate business challenges into practical, scalable products.
- Drive continuous improvement, make data-informed decisions, and ensure our products remain reliable, secure, and effective by working closely with product, engineering, security, and business partners.
- Lead and support a talented cross-functional team, creating an environment where people can do their best work, learn, and grow.
- Support a growing portfolio of privacy and digital solutions, including: PDR Framework, Policy Center (Privacy Statements), Find My Privacy Partner, Privacy Dashboards, Privacy Contracting, Portfolio Automation (Monday.com), and other evolving digital products that support our Privacy and Legal organizations.
