About The Position

Vialto Rewards is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager to join its Global Payroll and Rewards team. This role operates at the intersection of payroll, compensation, equity, employment tax, technology, and workforce transformation. The successful candidate will help multinational organizations design, manage, and operate complex global rewards programs using VialtoComp, a market-leading technology platform, to ensure accuracy, control, compliance, and insight. Collaboration with global specialists, local payroll professionals, and technology teams is key to delivering innovative solutions for clients facing global workforce challenges.

Requirements

Experienced and commercially minded
Experience in payroll, compensation, equity, employment tax, technology, and workforce transformation
Ability to work with a market-leading technology platform (VialtoComp)
Experience collaborating with global specialists, local payroll professionals, and technology teams
Experience managing and overseeing end-to-end global payroll and rewards processes
Experience supporting clients in improving payroll, compensation and rewards operating models
Experience leveraging technology to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting
Experience utilizing data analytics for business insights
Experience in risk management and compliance related to payroll, compensation, employment tax, and regulatory requirements
Experience in stakeholder and vendor management
Experience in project management, including client implementations, transitions, and transformational initiatives
Experience in driving operational excellence through automation, standardization, and process optimization
Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for multiple global clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service across payroll, compensation, rewards and workforce transformation engagements.
Manage and oversee end-to-end global payroll and rewards processes, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to KPIs and SLAs, and a consistent client experience across jurisdictions.
Support clients in improving payroll, compensation and rewards operating models by identifying opportunities to enhance governance, controls, efficiency, automation and compliance.
Leverage VialtoComp and related technologies to streamline processes, improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and create scalable delivery solutions.
Utilise payroll, compensation and rewards data to provide meaningful analytics and business insights that help clients make informed workforce and rewards decisions.
Proactively identify and manage payroll, compensation, employment tax and regulatory risks while supporting year-end reporting, governance activities and compliance requirements.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, payroll providers, equity vendors and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery of integrated global rewards solutions.
Lead client implementations, transitions and transformational initiatives, ensuring successful execution, effective change management and delivery against agreed objectives.
Champion operational excellence by identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation and process optimisation while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Rewards practice.
Coach, mentor and develop junior team members across a global delivery model, fostering collaboration, technical excellence and a culture of continuous learning.
