We are an independent, global, one-stop-shop focused on delivering Central Laboratory Services that are tailor-made, timely and flexible to meet the evolving study demands of traditional to increasingly complex trials. Additionally, we provide Functional Service Provider (FSP) Solutions, supporting our clients with scientific and technical expertise, acting as an extension of their team, coordinating all laboratory related needs, advising on strategies for lab data collection and providing end-to-end analytical and logistical solutions. The Manager, Global Laboratory Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of Laboratories within LabConnect’s global partner laboratory network to ensure effective vendor governance, strong relationship management, and high-quality, compliant service delivery in support of client programs. Reporting to the Director, Laboratory Services, this role is responsible for leading governance activities, overseeing key laboratory relationships, supporting alignment of contract terms and pricing strategy with partnership expectations, facilitating resolution of operational, service, and contractual matters, and driving continuous improvement across the laboratory network. The Manager also provides leadership to Laboratory Services personnel and contributes to the development of scalable governance frameworks, operational standards, and partnership strategies that strengthen network performance and support broader business objectives.
