We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead a team within SS&C Financial Services, LLC. This role involves overseeing daily fund accounting/operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial services professionals, including performance reviews, coaching, and training.
  • Oversee daily fund accounting/operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
  • Implement and monitor departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new services or products.
  • Handle escalated client issues and complex operational challenges effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of SS&C products, services, and industry trends.
