Job Summary The Manager, Fund Accounting has two primary responsibilities: (1) overseeing accurate and timely preparation and delivery of recurring financial reporting packages for Debt and Joint Venture (JV) entities; and (2) onboarding and developing a team of associates to execute those functions. These reporting packages relate to the activities of both Invitation Homes and its partners, resulting in delivery of financial information to internal stakeholders, lenders and JV partners. This role also assists in the preparation of debt transactions, construction lending accounting entries, capital call notices, distribution notices, equity pick-ups, and other investment reporting requirements and may also assist with quarterly and annual SEC filings. The Manager, Fund Accounting will encourage the development of associates through ongoing performance management, career development conversations, training, and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a supervisory role, high proficiency in full cycle investment accounting, well-developed organizational skills, an attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
