About the role Responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Field Operations processes that support Field Sales teams in delivering a consistent, efficient, and customer-focused selling experience. This role partners closely with Field Sales, IT, Full Service Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field tools, systems, and workflows—such as Xstore and field ordering processes—are operationally sound, scalable, and easy to execute. Leads and inspires the Operations team to improve sales execution, operational efficiency, and customer experience through disciplined process design and technology enablement. Location: Hybrid | Three days at the Sally Beauty Support Center, Legacy West (Plano, TX); Remote other days.
