Manager – Fraud Risk Capability – Agentic Commerce
About The Position
The fraud landscape is dynamic, and the modus operandi are always evolving, with fraudsters becoming ever more sophisticated and leveraging new technology for committing fraud. At the same time, the advent of Agentic AI and Agentic commerce is driving exciting innovations in the payments space but also creating new attack vectors for fraudsters. Addressing these trends will require rapid and effective decision making, strong collaboration with internal and external partners and a strong external focus to stay plugged in to innovations, new form factors and of course adaptations by fraudsters. The Agentic Commerce Fraud Risk team is looking for an energetic and high-performing Manager to drive implementations and capability deliveries. This exciting and critical position will be responsible for managing a complex delivery roadmap of agentic commerce projects, coordinating with partners to ensure smooth and organized delivery. The role works very closely with Fraud Risk colleagues around the globe and with enterprise partners including Global Servicing, Labs, Enterprise Digital, Technology, and ensure we are doing it the right way.
