What you will be doing: As the Manager, FP&A – Marketplace, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our Marketplace business. You will drive profitability, financial discipline, and sustainable growth by leading comprehensive financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis at the category, brand, and full P&L levels. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that empower business leaders to make informed operational and strategic decisions. This role leads the annual budgeting process, delivers weekly and monthly business reviews, and partners closely with Marketplace, Merchants, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence. You’ll also champion process improvement and automation, making a lasting impact on the efficiency and scalability of our finance operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Demonstrated experience owning forecasts, budgets, and P&L analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong executive presence and confidence influencing senior stakeholders
  • Analytical curiosity with a talent for translating data into business insights
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
  • High attention to detail balanced with strategic perspective
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA), CPA, or CFA designation
  • Experience supporting Marketplace, eCommerce, Retail, or multi-channel businesses
  • Prior people leadership experience managing analysts or equivalent functional ownership
  • Experience with financial systems and data platforms (e.g., ERP, BI tools, planning systems)
  • Demonstrated success driving automation or process improvement initiatives
