The Franciscan Manager of Food and Nutrition Services plans, directs, and coordinates activities for the Food and Nutrition Department, and may specialize in a specific area(s) ensuring economic and efficient service. This position implements business practices and department standards, to uphold the company mission and values. The Manager ensures the department is meeting safety and infection control requirements of state and federal agencies.
