Responsibilities

  • Oversees the operations of the Follow Up team.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and overall process improvement for the assigned responsibilities.
  • Builds successful working relationships with Follow Up Team Leads and the Follow Up staff on and offshore.
  • Monitors the AR for all clients across all specialties.
  • Manages multiple specialties including ER/Urgent Care, Pain/Anesthesia, Geriatrics, and all other specialties.
  • Implements process changes within the unit.
  • Coordinates training needs.
  • Guides Team Leads to the correct resolutions.
  • Monitors PTO and flex time requests.
  • Reviews Daily Workflows.
  • Completes performance reviews.
  • Audits Employees and provides applicable feedback when necessary.
  • Closely monitors all claims over 60 days old.
  • Identifies/Resolves trending AR issues.
  • Involves other members of management or client services accordingly.
  • Reports directly to VP of Revenue Cycle.
  • Works closely with VP or Rev Cycle to carry out process improvements.
  • Alerts VP of Rev Cycle to issues in need of high-level attention for further resolution.
