About The Position

Graham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our Corporate Accounting, Trading Services group. The ideal candidate possesses a strong finance and analytical mindset. The candidate should be detail oriented and highly organized to manage several functions including trader compensation and financial planning/forecasting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience relating to trader compensation and financial reporting and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting
• Strong analytical and modelling skills to effectively breakdown and map out legal compensation agreements
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively and succinctly present relevant data and issues
• Competent technology and data knowledge base to efficiently extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis
• A team player with excellent project and time management skills to effectively work with our partners

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer trader compensation database
• Calculate trader compensation on a monthly and annual basis
• Support monthly financial reporting and planning initiatives, as well as ad hoc projects
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting team and auditors to complete year end audits for domestic and international entities
