As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for ADC Global Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) financial consolidation, analytics, and project management across all TPM sites in North America, Europe, and APAC regions. This is a key strategic role that will work closely with various levels of leadership and business partners to drive cost savings, process efficiencies, and deliver key insights for global TPM business to the broader management team. This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, California.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Financial experience demonstrating a progressive level of responsibility, with manufacturing / costing background preferred.
  • BS in Accounting / Finance required.
  • Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Exceptional problem solving and data analytics skills is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • SAP experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Support consolidation and prepare variance analysis, commentary, and submission of Global TPM financials, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Capital for month-end, quarterly business/finance reviews, and OEM cycles.
  • Work with Global Procurement and Supply Chain to effectively manage / assess impact from site buffer inventory and key component procurement strategies to support health of ADC Operations cash flow.
  • Oversee TPM Operations and Engineering capital and project expense forecasts, variance analysis, commentary and forecast submission.
  • Supervise and work closely with TPM Operations and Center of Excellence teams to coordinate and execute Fixed Asset end-to-end process.
  • Support ADC annual standard cost setting process, interacting with ADC manufacturing sites to prepare cost variance analysis, commentary, and standard cost submission.
  • Enhance and create analytics to drive Gross Margin Improvement (GMI) cost savings and process efficiency across global TPM businesses.
  • This role will have two direct reports.
