About The Position

- Oversees resource pools and budget management for the financial planning team.

- Works closely with senior leadership to refine financial strategy and planning.
- Assesses and manages significant financial risks and identifies growth opportunities.
- Provides enhanced leadership and mentorship to finance staff.
- Represents the department in broader organizational financial discussions.
- Develops intermediate-term financial strategies for organizational enhancement.
- Oversees general aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and significant financial transactions.
