About The Position

The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves preparing detailed financial models, analyzing performance variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and risk mitigation. The role requires effective communication of financial insights to senior leadership and active participation in budgeting and business case development. The Marketplace Finance team is essential in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk management to support business goals. This team collaborates across departments to develop financial models, maintain effective controls, and improve reporting clarity. Members lead projects, communicate insights to senior leadership, and contribute to strategic decisions. The team promotes continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development, emphasizing clear communication and strong partnerships. Requirements

• Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams, mentor associates, and foster professional development.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to senior leadership.
• Expertise in developing financial models, forecasting, and preparing presentations for business case evaluations.
• Ability to manage complex control structures and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Demonstrated capability to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and support business performance goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

Responsibilities
