Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs. Reporting to the Operations General Manager, the Field Services Manager will be responsible for the operational and safety performance of designated regions, with a goal of achieving best in class customer service and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing quality, safety, and performance across multiple partner groups.
  • Strong customer‑service mindset with well‑developed problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within Ontario as needed.

  • Excellent customer service skills, a passion for problem ownership, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, support and co-ordination to all our partner teams based in Mississauga and across the surrounding Ontario region.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between ATSI, the client, and partner leadership teams, ensuring strong client alignment, proactive communication, and a consistently high level of service delivery. The role will manage the link between our partner workforce and ATSI.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders, clients, and customers.
  • Oversee the overall quality of field work delivered by partner teams, ensuring installations and repairs meet client and Aecon standards.
  • Manage program performance by reviewing SLA metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, visit completion, repeat rates, and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure partner teams maintain strong training programs and deliver ongoing technical and procedural training to their technicians.
  • Lead safety compliance for partner operations, including field safety audits, hazard assessments, and adherence to Aecon’s HSE requirements.
  • Promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture across all partner organizations.
  • Support partner leadership teams in coaching technicians on effective product‑recommendation practices.
  • Ensure partner teams receive the tools, training, and product knowledge needed for technicians to identify customer needs and recommend additional client solutions during installation and repair visits.
  • Review sales results with partner leaders to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in attach and conversion rates.
  • Work with ATSI and the client to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution of sales initiatives across Ontario.
