The Field Sales Development/Inside Sales Manager is the first line manager of 10 to 12 Sales Rep Trainees (SRTs)/ Inside Sales Representatives. The FSD Manager works in the Duluth, GA office, and is responsible for teaching and motivating the Inside Sales Representatives to achieve their targeted number of interactions, desired level of call quality, and targeted number of sales orders. The FSD Manager is also responsible for guiding the development of all SRTs through 4 phases of development over an 18-24 month time period such that they move from Inside Sales reps to Field Sales representatives.
