About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Management Manager to oversee the construction of a state-of-the-art baseball stadium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, field operations, and large-scale sports facility projects. This role involves leading a dynamic team, ensuring project success, and contributing to the creation of a landmark facility. The Manager will be accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of planning, design, and/or construction management activities and personnel on a day-to-day basis. They will manage all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, the Manager will serve as the primary on-site liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and the client, and will address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 8 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
  • All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
