About The Position

The Federal Affairs Manager will support the office of Government and Public Affairs (GPA) and develop advocacy efforts across a diverse portfolio of federal policy issues, with a focus on trade, technology, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working on Capitol Hill, a deep understanding of legislative and regulatory processes, and an established network of bipartisan congressional contacts. This role is for a government affairs professional with deep trade expertise and the versatility to support a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues. The position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable taking ownership of their policy portfolio from day one, and is flexible to monitor and provide ad-hoc support on intersecting issues, including environmental policy, supply chain, and corporate taxation, as required. The Federal Affairs Manager reports directly to the Group Manager of Government Affairs. While this role has no direct reports, the Manager works highly cross-functionally, collaborating closely with legal, communication, and executive leadership to align policy goals.
