About The Position

The Fashion Strategy team at Chanel unifies and guides teams in the formulation and execution of key strategies and initiatives. This role supports the team with strategic analysis and communication to leadership and teams across the division. The position is cross-functional, playing a key role in building strong relationships with various teams across the organization and unifying objectives across projects. The role will report into the Senior Group Director, Fashion Strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, index match, vlookup) and Powerpoint (master formatting, charts, animation, visual identity)
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the governance, including calendar, agendas, and materials for key leadership forums; manage the Fashion Division Priorities Tracker; ensure clear follow‑through and leadership visibility.
  • Support the development of executive‑ready strategic decks (Budget, MTP, Country Review), talking points, and narratives; translate complex analysis into clear, concise storytelling for senior audiences.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner across functions; manage cross‑functional initiatives, action planning, and delivery cadence and milestones.
  • Lead Fashion Division engagement moments such as Lunch & Learns, ensuring strong execution and speaker readiness.
  • Support analysis and action‑planning on strategic questions; monitor industry and competitive trends to inform leadership discussions.
