About The Position

Are you ready to shape the future of sports fan engagement? Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform with our loyalty currency FanCash and loyalty program Fanatics ONE connecting fandom across the ecosystem. We’re building an integrated, personalized, and immersive loyalty experience across Fanatics businesses that ignites the power of sports to foster connections, inspire change, and drive community. The Manager, Fanatics App GTM will play a key role in bringing the Fanatics App value proposition to life across the end-to-end customer journey. This role supports go-to-market planning, campaign execution, and product adoption as we scale the app as an ecosystem growth platform. You will help translate strategy into action, ensuring launches execute smoothly, communications resonate with fans, and initiatives drive engagement, cross-vertical discovery, and ecosystem lifetime value. Acting as a link between Brand, Product, and the voice of the customer, you will help ensure the Fanatics App delivers a cohesive experience across the Fanatics platform.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in GTM, integrated marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building alignment across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Passionate about sports, fandom, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
  • Willingness to travel for key events and offsites.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of the annual Fanatics App marketing campaign calendar, ensuring initiatives align with ecosystem commercial priorities and key Fanatics moments.
  • Support execution of Fanatics App GTM initiatives by coordinating campaign briefs, timelines, and cross-functional alignment across channel teams and OpCos to ensure launches go live successfully.
  • Support development of Fanatics App GTM playbooks that define how ecosystem commercial moments come to life in-app, including both large-scale launches and ongoing BAU activations.
  • Partner with CRM, Product, Analytics, and OpCo teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement with Fanatics App experiences including Shop, Free-to-Play, Challenges, and other app-native features.
  • Assist in positioning and messaging for Fanatics App value propositions and product features, collaborating with Brand and Creative teams to bring campaigns and launches from concept through execution.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs, identifying opportunities to optimize engagement, strengthen cross-OpCo discovery, and increase ecosystem lifetime value.
