This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, repairs, and overall performance of facilities across the casino property. The Manager of Facility Operations will lead a team, implement preventive maintenance programs, ensure cleanliness and safety of all areas, and manage various projects and vendor relationships. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a culture of safety and excellent guest service.
